I had a great experience with this company. They repaired a hole in the wall caused by a fallen floating soundboard and did an excellent job repainting the flat afterwards. The work was done professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Everything was left looking flawless and tidy. I would be happy to recommend Built-To-Last Construction to anyone who is looking to bark on a major large scale extension and house refurbishment. Mine was pretty much a redo of the whole house and building a large extension. The team was professional and I felt well engaged and updated at all times. My project supervisor/manager Bud was a superstar. Even during the COVID lockdown initial days when supplies were difficult and labour scarce he was upbeat and made me feel like i was his top priority client . The snags and final touches were completed as expected. Hence the five stars. All work is done to a high standard.

This might sound like a fake review (isn't) but genuinely very positive experience with Built-To-Last Construction. Wasn't a massive job - a side return of a terraced house in South London which took around four months in total. They were really efficient and helpful through it all; the whole process was very well run by their project manager; the end result was great and they didn't bust our budget. The only extras were things which I felt were justified and at no point did I feel ripped off. The work was done quickly and efficiently. All in all very pleased after hearing quite a few nasty stories from neighbours using other building companies about their experience.

Our project was large: a floor-to-ceiling renovation of our five-bedroom central London home. We chose Built-To-Last Construction for the renovation works, a great choice with top craftsmen! Over seven months, the team fully rewired the flat; replumbed throughout; installed new flooring, including soundproofing and underfloor heating; replaced four bathrooms; installed a new roof, installed new lighting, heating / air conditioning throughout; as well as a host of custom joinery, kitchens and fireplaces. We also had substantial structural walls to move; they managed and progressed all of this for us while we lived out of the country so we really appreciated our video calls and detailed weekly updates. It was a complicated project that was well designed, managed and progressed by the Built-To-Last Construction team.

Vasile and his team responded quickly to our enquiry and had the work completed before we expected. They were quick but efficient and professional. Everyone was friendly. Good communication, enthusiastic and polite team. Very positive attitude, and a competitive quote. They were flexible and planned the job well. Bud was very good at explaining where and why he thought extra (unquoted) work was required without pressure. He rolled most of that into the quoted price anyway. Quality was fantastic! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as they did an excellent job!

I am very happy with Bud and his teams work. Bud has immense attention to detail. The team are super efficient, punctual and very very hard working. Bud picked up my job where another builder let us down and was able to hit the floor running and completely transform a failed project into a master piece. Bud and his team came to our house to completely renovate a bathroom and a downstairs toilet (that wasn't even in use as a toilet at the time). He gave a fair quote for labour and materials. His team worked really hard (without rushing the job). We always felt in safe hands with this team and any extra bits and pieces of work that came up as the job proceeded were charged fairly once agreed upon. They were respectful and tidy. The standard of work was really good. We love our new bathroom and toilet.

In this day and age it is difficult to find builders that you can trust. Bud and the team were exactly that, superb from start to finish with our ground floor refurbishment. The original quote was competitive and even though during the process we asked for some extra work to be done, this was also costed very reasonably They have a very high attention to detail, are reliable, polite and respectful. The finish is absolutely superb, our floors, roof and kitchen look fantastic, thanks
